Application:
These chuck masters are an improved version of the conventional
model ES-AV305A. They are of noncontact type for high speed,
stable demagnetization.
They are also equipped with various protective features.
Features:
The input from an AC power source is rectified to DC and
output to electromagnetic chucks. The output voltage can be
varied to control the holding power of electromagnetic chucks.
The rapid automatic demagnetization function is activated
to reduce the residual holding power in electromagnetic chucks.

Application:
Chuck masters that replace the conventional model ES-V305A.
They are a remote-control version of “EH-V105A and 205A
(integrated operation unit)” equipped with a remote-control
box. Choose EH-VE210A for 10 A output.

Rectifies AC to DC power and provides adjustable holding.
Also reduces residual holding of the electro permanent magnetic
chuck.
Features:
*This chuck master is designed for use with electro permanent

*Microcomputer controls ensure effective automatic demagnetization.
*Adjustable holding power.
*Can be instantaneously activated to provide excitation holding
and demagnetization release.

Demagnetizer And Rectifier Built-in Type [Automatic]
Digital IC is employed to the controller to shorten the demagnetizing
time and ensure the stabilized demagnetizing effect.
Anybody can use this one-touch operation type without performing
any complicated adjustment.
Features:
*This is a compact type equipped with the rectifier.
*Output voltage is constant.
*Demagnetization is completed in only 6 to 15 seconds and
it ensures a stabilized demagnetizing effect.
*Noise-proof mechanism ensures the stabilized demagnetizing
effect even under the noisiest condition.

*Most suitable for large sized electromagnetic chucks and

*Low voltage range for variable out-put is very stable.

The automatic demagnetization function is activated to reduce
the residual magnetism in electromagnetic chucks.

These models rectify the input from an AC power source to
direct current and supplies it to electromagnetic chucks via
a demagnetizer. They can also be used as a source to supply
DC to electromagnetic holders.
Features:
*Compact.
*The DC output is of general type having a constant voltage.

Application:
These models rectify the input from an AC power source to
direct current and supplies it to electromagnetic chucks via
a demagnetizer. The DC output can be varied in voltage to
control the holding power of electromagnetic chucks.
Features:
*Both 100 VAC and 200 VAC can be used.
*An output voltmeter is provided.
*The output can be varied in a wide range to provide a wide
range of adjustment of the holding power.
