Ring-Pole Type
Application:
Most suitable for grinding and cutting operations as mounted
on to rotary grinder, lathe, turning machine, rotary milling

Features:
*The polar pattern on the electromagnetic chuck face plate

Star-Pole Type
Application:
Most suitable for grinding and cutting operations as mounted
on to rotary grinder, lathe, turning machine, rotary milling
machine,etc.
Features:

Application:
These are versatile electromagnetic chucks, with longitudinal
direction poles; capable of holding work-pieces, thin and
thick, used in grinding and light duty cutting. In particular,
these chucks are suited for long work pieces, and used in
additional applications such as buff and belt grinding of
large quantities of work-pieces, which are difficult to hold
on standard type electromagnetic chucks.
Features:
*Close pole pattern, in longitudinal direction.
*The N-S magnetic force lines are spaced relatively wide
for good holding via a belt. (Note, however, that because
the distribution of the holding power is not uniform, they
may not be suitable for grinding small work pieces arranged
over the whole surface.)
*Powerful holding, with low profile height.

Features:
High Rigidity with High Precision
It is constructed by slotting the chuck top plate, and slotting
the bottom case by our own processing method; this is unlike
the conventional welding construction, our method increases
the rigidity of the electromagnetic chuck, so to minimize
quality change in time and to improve the precision.
*Succeeded in Reducing the Weight by 30%
The chuck weight was decreased, as much as possible, by about
20% to 30% as compared with conventional chucks. This was
inconsideration to the factory regarding the table driving
time of grinder.
This also helps increase the durability of grinder itself.
*Low Height with Powerful Attraction
The chuck height is lowered to its limit, by about 20 to
30mm, as compared with the conventional types, so as to enlarge
the work mounting space on the grinder.

Holds Deformed or Distorted Steel Materials as They are.
The operation of sticks arranged at uniform pitches on the
attractive face holds distorted or deformed works as they
are. The holding operation is automatically controlled from
the controller through pushbutton operation.

Application:
These chucks improve the machining accuracy in such areas
as milling mold bases. Works can be set in place quickly by
the sticks arranged at uniform pitches.
Features:
*The grinding time in flat precision grinding can be reduced
by 30%.
*The number of processes to turn over works in machining
can be reduced from three to four processes to two processes.
*The effect of sticks eliminates the need of skills to achieve
highly precise machining.

Application:
This is a special unit equipped with such functions as supplying
electric power and air to the ACSHIM and controlling its motion.
Features:
*Either the auto mode or the normal (manual) mode can be
selected.
*It is possible to adjust the stick rising pressure and the
magnetic force at a weak excitation stage corresponding to
that pressure according to the rigidity of works in advance.

Application:
Constructed to enable real-time internal cooling of heat
generated when power is applied to the electromagnet making
these models suitable for higher precision grinding requirements.
Features:
*Change in precision is minimized by feeding the coolant
inside chuck to cool the coil and prevent temperature rise.
Water flow 2 to 4 L/min.
*The mechanical functions and features are almost the same
as those of Model SBE chucks.

Rotary

Dust-proof cover with duplex construction is employed.
This feature prevents chip from sticking to the gage block.
Operation is made with the cover closed.
Application:
Sine bar chuck suitable for grinding mold and high precison
angling of jig, etc.
Features:
*The Gauge block can be set on either right or left sides
and adjustable to meet the rotating direction of the grinder
grinding wheel.
*Chuck is smoothly tilted and easily operated.
*Clamp system is used to set delicate angle with one-touch
operation.
*Lever can change position slightly by pulling it to shaft
direction.
*Dust-proof cover is fixed at any desired place. This makes
it easier to clean the gauge block stand, etc.
*Duplex construction of dust-proof cover allows operation
with the cover closed and prevents chips from mixture even
if the gauge block is set.
*Gauge block of JIS, B grade, 40mm, is supplied as accessories.
